These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ek9997 platform and its users. By registering on ek9997 or using its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

"Account" refers to the user's registered profile, through which they access the platform's services and games and carry out financial transactions.
What does "Balance" mean
"Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in a user's account, including cash balance and any applicable bonus amounts. Cash balance and bonus balance are displayed separately.
Account Registration
The following conditions must be met to create an account on ek9997.
Registration Eligibility and Requirements
- Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration — name, address, date of birth, phone number and email — must be completely accurate and valid.
- Opening an account using fake, fictitious or another person's information is grounds for immediate closure and the balance may be forfeited.
- For verification purposes, ek9997 may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
- Only one account per family or household is permitted, unless ek9997 has approved an exception in writing.
Responsibility for Login Credentials
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
Age 21+ is Mandatory
ek9997 strictly provides services to individuals aged 21 and above. Registration, access or use by minors is completely prohibited. If it is established that a user is a minor, their account will be closed immediately and the full balance may be forfeited.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Process
- Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or at any time determined by ek9997.
- Required documents include: National Identity Card (NID), birth registration certificate, or a valid passport.
- Withdrawal requests may not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
- Submitted documents are stored securely and used only for verification purposes.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All rules relating to financial transactions on ek9997 are described in detail below.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposits must always be sent from an account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
- ek9997 reserves the right to set, change or reject deposit limits.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
- Withdrawals are only possible to the same method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing when an active bonus balance is present.
- ek9997 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if KYC verification has not been completed.
Currency and Conversion
All transactions on ek9997 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions involving foreign currency, applicable exchange rates may apply and the user will be responsible for any difference. ek9997 does not bear any currency exchange fees.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Please read the following terms carefully before using any bonus offers from ek9997.
Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
- To receive the welcome bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 times (20x).
- The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
General Bonus Policy
- All bonus offers have their own expiry period. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ek9997 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.
- ek9997 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
- In any dispute relating to bonuses, ek9997's decision will be considered final.
VIP and Cashback Program
- Bronze level: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver level: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold level: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Platinum level: up to 1.0% cashback per week.
- VIP level upgrades are determined automatically. Cashback is credited to the account every Monday and its own terms apply.
Gaming Policy
Fair Play and Random Number Generator
All games on ek9997 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that meets international standards. The outcome of every game is completely random and not predetermined. Betting Rules
- Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
- Specific restrictions may apply when placing bets using bonus balance.

- In any dispute over a game result, the server record will be considered as the final proof.

- ek9997 is not liable for losses caused by unavoidable circumstances (force majeure) — such as natural disasters, government directives, or cyberattacks.
Liability for Gaming Losses

Account Closure and Suspension

In the event of any breach of these terms, ek9997 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, the account's entire balance may be forfeited.
Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining cash balance can be withdrawn before closure, however bonus balance will be cancelled. The request must be made through the support chat.
